Purchasing from this site you are bound by these terms and conditions. This includes everything throughout the site and through hyperlink. This includes anyone using this site in anyway, viewing, purchasing etc. Any new information added to this site will also be bound by these terms. We have the right to update terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read these terms and updates.  PURCHASES You agree you are at least 18 years of age or legal age. You give anyone in your household consent to purchase. You may not transmit any viruses or code to this site. We have the right to terminate your service. All purchases and payments must be made in US dollars.

GENERAL Your information (not credit card) may be transferred in various ways through different networks to adapt for changes online. SERVICES AND PRICES: We are in no way liable for your discontinued use of service. We hold the right to discontinue your services anytime and without any notice. We have the right to change prices for services and products at any time. Some products and services may only be available on the website. Some are limited in quantity. You may return or exchange according to our return policy. Artwork received may not match exact colors on site due to different devices, screens and cameras.

RETURNS / REFUNDS: ARTWORK; If artwork is damaged upon receiving you must notify us within 3 days you may exchange for a product of same value, artist pays shipping. If you are unsatisfied with your artwork you must contact us within 7 days for a refund. If shipped, buyer pays shipping, with the exception of commissions.

If you are unsatisfied with art work, please return in 7 days, buyer pays shipping and you will be refunded full price of the art work.

If you are unsatisfied with a commissioned piece, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving. ONLY 50% of purchase price will be returned when artist receives commissioned piece back. Buyer pays shipping. PRODUCT COURSES & MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS, 14 day return if unsatisfied and you will no longer have access. 

OPTIONAL TOOLS; We may provide you with third party optional tools which we do not monitor or have control or warranties on. You use these at your own risk. It is your responsibility to read and abide by their terms. Any complaints or concerns need to be directed to the "third" party.

COMMENTS; This includes any feedback, photos and submissions. These will be used publicly. We are not obligated to reply to any or compensate you for any. We own the right to delete anything we feel necessary. You may not post anything illegal or unethical.

MISTAKES; At times there may be a typo or price mistake etc. When we notice these they will be fixed and no notice will be given prior.
