Commissions

Commission Policy

Thank you for your interest in commissioning an original artwork.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your commission. The remaining balance is due before delivery or shipping.

• Each commission is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork created in my signature style. While I welcome your ideas and inspiration, I retain artistic discretion over composition, color, texture, and creative interpretation.

• Up to two reasonable revisions are included during the creation process. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

• Completion timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the work and my current commission schedule.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and all reproduction rights remain with the artist. Purchasing a commission transfers ownership of the physical artwork only and does not include rights to reproduce or commercially use the image.

• I reserve the right to photograph and share completed commissions in my portfolio, exhibitions, website, and social media unless a confidentiality agreement has been made in advance.

• Framing, shipping, insurance, taxes, and customs fees are not included unless specifically stated.

• I reserve the right to create future works inspired by similar themes, colors, or techniques. However, I will never create an exact replica of your commissioned artwork.

• If a commission is canceled by the client after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If I am unable to complete the commission, any payments received will be refunded as appropriate.

By submitting a commission request and paying the required deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

Charges based on media:

$2 per sqare inch for water colors, $ 3 per sqare inch for acrylic, $ 4 per square inch for mixed media and $ 5 6 per square inch for oils plus materials.

For mixed-media fine art pieces- 

all commissioned works remain original one-of-one artworks and the artist reserves the right to create future works exploring similar themes, concepts, colors, or techniques unless exclusivity is purchased separately. This protects my creative freedom while still giving the collector a unique piece.
